Kibris Development approached us with the task of creating the branding and marketing content for an environmentally friendly housing development in Cyprus. Our client wanted to be the first property developer in Cyprus to use the innovative technology of WIZIO.
To truly understand this project we decided to conduct a series of workshops working closely with our client. We provided a complete package of our services including everything from the creation of the website to the designing of the brand. We integrated WIZIO-TOUCH with our clients website, both the estate agencies and sales teams had separate access to these tools (admin panel) allowing them to reach a wider audience.
Showcasing the properties through the interactive tools of WIZIO left potential buyers with no questions regarding their future homes. Within 3 months of the launch 10 properties had already been sold.
Milos was making a conscious effort to preserve the natural surroundings and therefore wanted their branding to reflect this mission.

Every single detail of the visualisations reflected reality, from the style of the furniture to the height of the trees.
